The way buses are planned and managed in the West Midlands is changing. This will give Transport for West Midlands greater control over the network and how it works for local people. Bus services will continue to run as normal while we prepare for what comes next.
Help shape what comes next
We have now launched a conversation with people across the West Midlands.
We want to hear what would make buses work better for you, your journeys and your area. Whether you use buses every day, only occasionally, or not at all.
You can take part in the conversation online or at our pop-up events.
How it works
This will not be a one-off survey. Over time, we’ll ask about different parts of the bus experience as the work develops.
Different things can be influenced at different times. Whenever we ask for your views, we’ll explain:
- what has already been decided
- what your feedback will help inform
- who will make the final decision
- when we’ll report back on what we heard
You’ll be able to choose the topics that matter to you and see how people’s feedback is being used.
